Any on-campus or off-campus event conducted by either a student club or the Student Government Association (SGA) must be approved by the Student Activities Coordinator. This includes, but is not limited to, all talks, seminars, exhibits, fundraisers, workshops, and courses. The appropriate forms are available from the Student Activities Coordinator.
